kjbd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kjbd platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By using the kjbd.lat website and related services, you are considered to have accepted every provision of these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the authoritative text of the agreement. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

kjbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the kjbd platform, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Opening an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may request proof of identity at any time.

For those aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account termination and funds being withheld. Any change to your information must be reported to kjbd without delay.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials, password, or other confidential information with any third party. kjbd staff will never ask for your password.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Contact us immediately if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Log out after each session when using a public device or network.
• kjbd will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

All activities carried out from your account will be treated as your own, unless you notify us within a reasonable time that unauthorized access to your account has occurred.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The kjbd platform currently accepts the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved.

4.4 Verification

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) policy, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals will be put on hold if documents are not provided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 (twenty) times — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and the conditions must be met within the given time.
• While one bonus is active, it may not be possible to claim another bonus at the same time.
• If multiple accounts or members of the same household claim bonuses from the same environment, the bonuses may be cancelled.
• Bonuses may apply only to specific games or markets — the detailed terms for each offer will be stated separately.
• kjbd reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, kjbd reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Results & Disputes

For sports results, reports from official and recognized bodies will be considered final. If a dispute arises over any result, the decision of kjbd will be final. Irregular bets resulting from technical errors may be voided.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet or game session is interrupted due to server or network problems, the results confirmed up to that point will be taken into consideration. Bets that end in a completely undetermined state may be voided and the stake may be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kjbd platform and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Abuse of bonuses or promotions (bonus arbitrage or bonus farming).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Attempting to hack, spam, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Spreading information that damages the reputation of the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

kjbd believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Do not try to place more bets to recover money you have lost.
• Avoid betting when you are under stress or emotional distress.
• Use the option to set your own deposit limits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kjbd platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of kjbd. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from kjbd is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

kjbd makes every effort to provide accurate and uninterrupted service on its platform. However, kjbd is not liable for losses caused by the following:

• Server downtime or technical errors.
• Internet disconnection or network issues.
• Disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Service disruption due to unforeseen natural disasters or pandemics.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

kjbd's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 At the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. Before closure, you must wait for any pending bets to be settled and withdraw your balance.

11.2 At kjbd's Discretion

kjbd reserves the right to close any account immediately or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Detection of false information on the account.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

12. Changes to Terms

kjbd reviews these Terms periodically and makes changes as needed. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken to mean that the new Terms have been accepted. If you wish to decline the new Terms, please request account closure.
